Lion Cubs - Age 4 to 6

The Lionheart "Lion Cubs" program is where our youngest members begin their martial arts journey. Guided by our Program Coordinator, Ms. Jen Leonhardt —a certified Early Childhood Educator — this class is specifically designed to introduce children aged 4-6 to the core values of Taekwon-Do in a way that is fun, engaging, and easy to understand.

Our focus is on building a strong foundation of character. Through age-appropriate activities and basic Taekwon-Do techniques, we help our Lion Cubs develop:

Discipline: Learning to focus and follow instructions.
Respect: Understanding courtesy for instructors and fellow students.
Confidence: Growing a positive self-image through achievement.
Essential Skills: Gaining fundamental self-defense and coordination skills.

This program is the first step into our Taekwon-Do family, creating a supportive environment where children can thrive.

Registration Details:

Intake Periods: We welcome new students into the Lion Cubs program twice a year, in September and January.
Registration Window: Registration opens two weeks prior to the start of each intake month.
Age Considerations: To ensure every child receives the attention they deserve, we limit the number of four-year-olds accepted into each session. We encourage early registration.
